Moscow, year 1982. Scientist Matvey Pyotrovsky creates a time machine and conducts a scientific experiment, which divides the apartment in two parts. It's first part is left in the 80-s with the professor, while the second one is transported to year 2020 to a modern family: businessman Sergey, his wife Svetlana and daughter Kristina. This kind of coliving creates a lot of trouble for everybody, since layering of two times means each of the families has lost access to the other part of the apartment. But problems don't end there: inventor's grandson Pavel, after waiting for 38 years, tries to prevent one tragic incident.

On assignment from the editorial office a reporter from Yekaterinburg goes to a village lost in taiga, where he hears an ancient legend about the lord of the forest. Upon his return home all of a sudden he starts seeing and hearing the ancient spirit who begs him to save the endangered fantastic creatures. The reporter agrees and in the company of his 12-year-old daughter, who has come from Moscow to spend the vacation with him, he sets off for the lands virtually untouched by civilization. The trip filled with unexpected adventures, will bring the father and daughter closer together because it’s only together that they will be able to solve the mystery of the ancient legends from the past.

Anna, an attractive woman of 40 years, lives with her husband Johann and his small daughter. Both have managed to succeed economically and lead a helpless life. Suddenly appears a dark character, associated with the underworld, who begins to blackmail Anna, threatening to reveal his past.

A writer (Hidetoshi Nishijima) who has an artistic crisis purchases a stack of diaries written by a teenage girl (Yû Aoi) who is fatally ill. Living in different time lines both are able to communicate via writing diaries…

When they are accidentally transported to the Jurassic Era, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles must find their way through prehistoric dinosaurs to return home while facing dangerous aliens from the future who have a nefarious plan for them. But things get even more complicated with the arrival of Triceratons, Bebop and Rocksteady.

With the artist's dilemma answered, the film asks us to introspect: what happens when the past calls.
